Your account
How do I sign in?
With the email address and the password you chose when you signed up. If you forgot your password, choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page and we will email you a code to choose a new one.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Settings, then Account, choose Delete account and confirm with your password. You are signed out at once, your account and everything in it is deleted within minutes, and we send one last email to confirm it. The deletion cannot be undone. If you cannot sign in, ask us at teamstreaks.net/account-deletion.
Workouts and trackers
Can my watch record my workouts?
Yes. On iPhone, connect Apple Health, where your Apple Watch and most fitness apps save their workouts. On Android, connect Health Connect, where Samsung Health, Garmin Connect, Fitbit and the Pixel Watch save theirs. In the app, open Settings, then Trackers.
Which workouts count?
Every workout from the start of the day you connect a tracker, and every one after. Each one earns the same points as an activity you log yourself, based on the minutes you were active. A workout shorter than five minutes earns no points.
What does TeamStreaks read from my phone?
Your workouts: their type, when they started and ended, and how long you were active. On iPhone and Android, also the number of steps you take each day. TeamStreaks never reads your heart rate, your routes or where you were.
Safety
How do I flag something that breaks the rules?
Press ⋮ beside the post, comment, message, club or profile and choose Flag. Pick a reason and add a note if you like. A moderator reviews every flag within 24 hours, and you are told what was decided.
How do I block someone?
Press ⋮ beside their post, comment, message or profile and choose Block. Neither of you will see the other’s posts, comments or messages, and they are not told. You can unblock them in Settings, under Account.
Privacy
Where is my data stored?
In Toronto, Canada, backups included. The services that send our emails, monitor the platform and check that a sign-up comes from a person process some information in the United States. The privacy policy has the details.
Who can see my activities and points?
The other participants in your campaigns, and the people who run them.
